 | AHSC is offering "Dr. Wanna Be" Mini-Medical School, a five-week course for adults designed to introduce participants to the social and behavioral sciences of modern medicine. Taught by UA College of Medicine faculty, topics include depression and mood disorders, the biology of aging, medical ethics, sleep and sleep disorders, and issues of death and dying. Sessions are set for Wednesdays, 6 to 8 p.m., Oct. 14 - Nov. 18 at AHSC. The course fee is $40. Enrollment is limited. For information and reservations, call 626-7301. |
