The University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix operates a Speakers Bureau comprised of faculty, administrators, staff and students who are eager to share information about exciting advances in biomedical research, clinical care, new developments in the health sciences center's programs and services, wellness and prevention and interesting news about the latest in medical technology. Experts are available to speak on a variety of topics and the presentations are offered free to civic and fraternal groups, schools, churches, media organizations and other community associations.
The Phoenix campus is able to coordinate speakers from the top ranked Colleges of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, the School of Health Professions, University Medical Center (UMC), and The University Physicians. It also is home to 11 Centers of Excellence dedicated to actively preventing disease and improving lives across Arizona's diverse population.
